Meet the Owners

After a successful thirty year career in technology  (Research, Advisory Consulting and I.T. Systems) it was time to tackle a new challenge. As an  Entrepreneur, Steve launched Better Go Getter Delivery Services in 2014 and most recently launched GetintheLoop Northumberland. (March 2020).  

In August Steve partnered with Tracey Dickson, GetintheLoop Owner from Prince Edward County and opened a new franchise called GetintheLoop Bay of Quinte   

Steve is married to Jan (34 years) and has two kids (Trevor and Michele) and Grandson (Carson)  Steve and Jan spend time on the water, paddling dragon boat, and are accomplished paddlers. The passion for paddling has taken then all over the world.. (Club Crew World Championships in Macau, Hong Kong, Italy, Hungary earning multiple gold medals,  8-time Canadian National Champions), and they have both been honoured to represent our Country as members of the Canadian National  Dragonboat Team. Steve is a certified Dragonboat Canada coach and is the Head Coach for the Cobourg Survivor Thrivers.
 

 Tracey was born and raised in Napanee and worked alongside her parents and siblings in their family transport business until it was sold in 2008.  

Having been a successful real estate agent for the past 16 years and having a deep appreciation for supporting local, Tracey launched GetintheLoop Prince Edward County in October 2019 and most recently GetintheLoop Bay of Quinte in August 2020.  

Tracey lives with her partner Bryan and their fur baby, Teddy, in Picton.  Both grew up in small towns and love the sense of community in the whole Bay of Quinte area from Brighton to Napanee and south to PEC.
